That depends on when you place your order and where you live.
We process and dispatch orders every Tuesday and Thursday from Belgium.
Orders are dispatched via our courier, GLS, and are usually delivered within 1–5 working days.
You can do this easily via our returns procedure. For more information, please visit our returns page. Please note: We charge an administration fee of €15 for returns.
That’s certainly possible! To do so, simply return the item you ordered in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order. If you’re still unsure, please contact our customer service team.
