Returns

You can return an item within 15 days of purchase , as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Remember to include a valid proof of purchase.

🔹 Personalized items cannot be returned.
🔹 Return costs: €15 will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged.
🔹 Outside the Benelux? Then you are responsible for the return costs and you must be able to show proof of shipping. For more information contact us via stackers@mystackers.com

How do you arrange a return shipment?

Click this link and have your order number ready (found in your email confirmation or contact form). Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Do you want to exchange an item? Then follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product.

Processing your return

Once we have received your return, we aim to process it within 5-7 business days . You will be notified via email or via your return request in your account.

General

Our products are dispatched via our courier service, GLS, which delivers on weekdays between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm. All deliveries require a signature, so if you are unable to accept the delivery in person, please contact us with an alternative address and telephone number. If you provide your email address or telephone number, you can request that the goods be left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour, collected from the depot, the delivery date changed, or the delivery upgraded.
