Where can I buy Stackers products in Belgium and the Netherlands?
Mystackers is the only official and exclusive distributor of Stackers products in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and France. You can order all products via mystackers.com. For other countries, please visit stackers.com.
Is Mystackers the official Stackers distributor?
Yes. Mystackers is the only official and independent retailer of Stackers products in the Benelux and France. Stackers is produced by LC Designs, a family business founded in 1922 in the United Kingdom, now in its 4th generation.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy and Germany. For orders from other regions, please visit stackers.com.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the Benelux is free from €50. Below this amount, a delivery fee applies. Exact rates per country are shown during checkout.
How much do Stackers jewellery boxes cost?
Prices for Stackers products at Mystackers range from approximately €20 for individual layers and accessories to €170 for complete travel bags and garment bags. Starter sets and base boxes are generally priced between €40 and €80. Browse the full range on our product page.
When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday from Belgium. Orders are shipped via GLS and are generally delivered within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
How do I return an order?
Returns are easy via our return procedure. Please note that we charge an administration fee of €15 for returns. Visit our returns page for the full procedure.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not possible. You return the item via our return procedure and place a new order. Not sure what to do? Contact our customer service at stackers@mystackers.com.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. Subscribers to our newsletter receive a 10% discount code. Follow us on social media for regular discount codes and promotions.
How can I cancel my order?
Send a message as soon as possible to stackers@mystackers.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it free of charge.
I did not receive a confirmation email — what now?
Please check your SPAM folder first. If you still have not received a confirmation, contact us at stackers@mystackers.com. If you have not received a tracking email from GLS, please contact us as well.
I received a wrong or damaged item — what now?
Send an email to stackers@mystackers.com with a photo of your package and your order number. We will resolve this for you free of charge.

Stackers.com is the international website of the manufacturer LC Designs. Mystackers.com is the official exclusive distributor for the Benelux and France. At Mystackers you pay in euros, benefit from local delivery and English-language customer service.
